Enabling and Disabling Phone/Video Appointments

Learn how to easily accept virtual consult bookings for minor ailments and more, and easily delivery virtual care! Also read how to disable phone/video appointment types, or set bookings to virtual only.

 

1. Click "Settings"

2. Click "Assessments & Consults"

3. Click "Open" to see Advanced Settings

4. Click the Appointment Types dropdown.

 

5. Select from In-person and phone (most common); in-person only; in-person, phone and video; or video and phone only (no in-person, virtual only).
