Generating a Primary Care Provider Notification for a Minor Ailment Consultation

Generate and directly fax (Professional plan only) a pre-generated letter to a patient's primary care provider, informing them of the patient's completed assessment.

  1. When viewing completed minor ailment documentation, the default view is Full Documentation, which shows the assessment details, prescription details, and any notes
  2. Click "View" then "Primary Care Provider Notification" from the drop down menu.

  3. Click "Print/Fax" to print the notification to be sent to the patient's provider
