# HCP 2FA Setup

## Learn how to link/unlink, create your MedEssist Hub account, create a PIN, and more.

1\. Login at [https://app.medessist.com/home](https://app.medessist.com/home), then click "**Add New HCP.**"

2\. Log in with your Hub credentials. If you don't have an account yet, "**Click here.**"

3\. Complete the Sign-Up form.

Tip: **One** HCP account can be linked to **multiple pharmacies**.

You only need to link your account **once per pharmacy**.

4\. Now, simply **select your name** from the drop-down menu each time to sign in.  
Enter **myPIN** and click "**Log In.**"

To unlink an HCP from your MedEssist account, simply click the three dots next to your name in the bottom-right corner (once logged in and authenticated), then click Switch HCP. Next, click ‘Unlink a HCP’ to view a dropdown list of all linked HCPs. Select the HCP you wish to unlink, then click ‘Confirm’!
