Import Patients from Your Pharmacy's Dispensing System into MedEssist

Learn how to efficiently import patient information from your pharmacy's dispensing system into MedEssist. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the import process to help you maintain accurate records, eliminate double data entry, and streamline your workflow.

 



1. Login to MedEssist, then click "Patients" from the lefthand side menu.

2. Click "Actions" and select "Import Patients"

3. Select your pharmacy's dispensing system and click "Continue"

4. Click "Get Started" to begin the import guide for your dispensing system.

5. Once you have successfully generated the required file from your dispensing system, click "Choose file" to select the patient list for upload.
