Signing MedEssist Deliveries Terms and Conditions

Before you can send prescriptions for delivery using our service, you must first agree to the terms and conditions of the service, and of Uber Direct.

1. Click "Deliveries"

2. Click "Click here to activate" to sign the Uber Terms & Conditions

Tip: Tip! Sign up with your full name (eg: name of the pharmacist or pharmacy manager). Do NOT sign up using the pharmacy name.

3. Click "Submit"

4. This page will pop up when you have successfully signed your agreement

5. Click "Click here to start"
