# MedEssist Deliveries: Signing Terms and Conditions

## Before you can send prescriptions for delivery using our service, you must first agree to the terms and conditions of the service, and of Uber Direct.

1\. Click "**Deliveries**"

2\. Click "**Click here to activate**" to sign the Uber Terms & Conditions

Tip: **Tip!** Sign up with **your full name** (eg: name of the pharmacist or pharmacy manager). Do **NOT** sign up using the pharmacy name.

3\. Click "**Submit**"

4\. This page will pop up when you have successfully signed your agreement

5\. Click "**Click here to start**"
